Board of Directors

The KEC Board of Directors determines policy and direction that allows KEC’s Management to carry out the day-to-day business and operations of the Cooperative. The KEC Board is comprised of seven directors, five of which represent a specific geographical district and two represent the Cooperative at-large.

Ron Bockstruck, Vice President
The part of the system north of the Rathdrum Highway, Highway 53.

District 2
Donna Boekel, Secretary
The part of the system south of the Rathdrum Highway, Highway 53, and north of the Spokane River to the west of Lake Coeur d'Alene and I-90 to the east of Lake Coeur d'Alene.

District 3
David Pratt, Treasurer
The part of the system south of the Spokane River and north of Setters on the west side of Lake Coeur d'Alene.

District 4
William Swick, Director
The part of the system south of Setters and west of Lake Coeur d'Alene.

District 5
Everett Gossett, President
The part of the system east of Lake Coeur d'Alene and south of I-90.

District At-Large
Roger Tinkey, Director & Terry LaLiberte, Director
Two positions representing the entire service territory.
