Billing Options KEC mails bills in two cycles. Depending on where you live your bill will be mailed on the 15th or the 25th of each month. If either of these dates falls on a weekend or holiday, the bill will be mailed the following business day. Payment is due within three weeks of the billing date. Payments may be made by mail or brought in the office during business hours. KEC accepts cash, check, money order, Visa or MasterCard. In the KEC parking lot, there is a drive-up drop box for check payments that is emptied each morning. |
